About the Event
The 4th Annual Jacob Slania Memorial Golf Tournament is open to all - from first-timers to scratch golfers. Join us as we remember the good times, create new memories, and most importantly, honor Jacob and his family. All proceeds go to the Jacob Slania Memorial Fund, supporting local youth sport programs and educational assistance for Jacob's son, little Jake.
Included with registration is lunch, shotgun golf tournament, range balls and drink tickets.
